Customer Service Representative

This position will enhance our commitment to excellent customer service by way of personal support to our service, administrative, sales team and to our customers.


  • Build and configure office machines
  • Set up print driver, fax, scan to email & folder to customer networks
  • Firmware up-grade to machines
  • Customer IT support and training
  • Partner with Sales Co-Coordinator to organize set up and delivery with clients and their IT department
  • Deliver machines to clients’ locations
  • Learn and support Ricoh and other partners’ software
  • Ricoh online training connects
  • Assist Inventory Specialist with shipping and receiving
  • Effectively prioritize daily tasks and ensure customer’s needs are addressed promptly and with proper resolution
  • Partner with the entire office team to ensure teams/linked teams’ goals are attained.
  • Identify and improve processes where needed
  • Ensure a professional appearance
  • Ensure shop is clean and organized


  • Understanding of office machines is a must
  • Computer skills and networking capabilities required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self starter able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and follow-thru on customer concerns
  • Ability to investigative and problem solve
  • Willingness to take responsibility and ownership for team and individual goals
  • Proven experience working within a cross-functional environment
  • The ability to consistently meet challenging deadlines
  • Strong organization, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Internet Explorer

  • Very strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Self Starter able to work independently
  • Detail oriented with attention to accuracy
  • In-depth experience in quality customer service
